Shipping
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 days of purchase. *Business Days Only
We do not keep product inventory. All orders are sent directly from our vendor’s warehouse. Shipping costs are affordable and vary depending on the size and weight of your order and are calculated at check out. We provide excellent, reliable shipping services within the United States and Canada. All shipping services include tracking information.
After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Note that orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside our control (covid restrictions, lost package, customs, package stuck in transit…)

International Shipping
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tennpercent is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Returns
Tennpercent is committed to demanding the highest quality standards from suppliers who offer their products through the Tennpercent.com platform in order to provide consumers with products that are free of manufacturing defects.
Despite our ongoing quality control efforts, it is possible that the product you receive may not be suitable for you. Therefore, in accordance with the Quebec Consumer Protection Act, Tennpercent.com will accept the return of certain items as long as they comply with the return policies in effect as defined on this page.
All return requests must be initiated via our return form.
No returns will be initiated via email or telephone.
Return Conditions
- The return request must be initiated via our return form within 14 days of the date the merchandise was shipped.
- Your return request must be approved by Tennpercent before you can return the merchandise.
- All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- CDs, DVDs, software and video games must be returned in their original sealed plastic wrap.
- Jewelry, watches, shoes, clothing and accessories must be new, unworn and show no signs of use.
- Electronic items must be in the condition in which they were received, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
No exchanges or refunds are available for:
- Opened, unsealed, damaged or used merchandise.
- Merchandise shipped more than 14 days ago
- Any product with a missing serial number or Universal Product Code (UPC)
- Digital products (that are downloaded at the time of purchase)
- Gift or prepaid cards
- Personalized jewelry
- Certain health and body care items
- Grocery products
- Hygienic products
- Cosmetic products
- Final sale products, i.e. products sold at 50% off or more.
Order error, damaged or defective products
Within 14 days of your order being shipped, you may initiate a return request to return an item to Tennpercent.com and receive a full refund for the returned item (including shipping charges) if the return is the result of an error on our part, if the item is received damaged or if it has a manufacturer's defect at the time of receipt.
How to proceed:
- Initiate a return request within 14 days of your order shipment via our return form.
- Our team will analyze your request and inform you of the decision.
- If the return is accepted, the merchant concerned will send us a postage-paid delivery slip that we will send to you by e-mail. You will just have to print it and stick it on your box. Note that you will be responsible for properly repackaging the item.
- Drop off your package to the mandated carrier.
- Upon receipt of the package, we will process your request and inform you of the final decision.
- If the request is accepted, we will inform you and proceed with the refund via your original payment method. Please note that a refund may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
- If the request is denied, we will inform you of the reason for the denial. In this case, you will be responsible for the initial shipping charges incurred for the return of your item by Tennpercent, as well as the shipping charges for Tennpercent to return the item to you.
Order without error or manufacturing defect
Within 14 days of your order being shipped, you may initiate a return request to return an item to Tennpercent.com for an exchange or credit if you are not satisfied with the product received. Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the consumer, as are shipping costs to reship an item to the customer in the case of an exchange.
How to proceed:
- Initiate a return request within 14 days of the shipment of your order via our return form.
- Our team will analyze your request and inform you of the decision.
- If the return is accepted, you will be responsible for properly repackaging the item and shipping it back to us at your expense.
- Drop off your package to the mandated carrier.
- Upon receipt of the package, we will process your request and inform you of the final decision.
- If the request is accepted, we will inform you and proceed with the exchange or credit. In the case of a credit, please note that the original shipping charges will be deducted from the amount credited to you. In the case of an exchange, we will send you an invoice for the shipping charges that you will have to pay before shipping.
- If the request is denied, we will inform you of the reason for the denial. In this case, you will have to pay the shipping costs for Tennpercent to return the item to you.
Frequent returns from the same account are automatically flagged in our system. If we notice that you are abusing our return policy, we reserve the right to refuse your return and may block your account and/or cancel future orders.
Tennpercent.com reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the return policy.
If you return an item before you have initiated the return process via our return form, please note that your package will be refused upon receipt and automatically returned to you by your carrier.
